Plastic Free Awareness Campaign
A street play on the theme of plastic eradication was performed at the Pali marketplace and the bus stand through the National Service Scheme (NSS) Department. Awareness was created against the use of plastic, and paper bags were distributed in the marketplace.
ऑक्टोबर ते डिसेंबर या तीन महिन्यात कराटे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सूचनेनुसार व मुंबई विद्यापीठाच्या परिपत्रकानुसार शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२४-२०२५ मध्ये १ ऑक्टोबर ते ३१ डिसेंबर या कालावधीत डी.जे. सामंत वरिष्ठ महाविद्यालयात क्रीडा विभाग व महिला विकास कक्ष यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने मुलींसाठी तीन महिन्यांचे कराटे प्रशिक्षण घेण्यात आले. हे प्रशिक्षण देण्यासाठी कराटे प्रशिक्षकाची नेमणूक करण्यात आली. यामध्ये मुलींचा बेसिक कराटे अभ्यासक्रम पूर्ण करून घेण्यात आला. स्वसंरक्षणाचे धडेही देण्यात आले. तीन महिन्याचे प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केलेल्या मुलींना महाविद्यालयातर्फे प्रमाणपत्र देऊन गौरविण्यात आले.
