As the Examination Committee, it is our duty to ensure that all exam-related activities run smoothly and in compliance with University of Mumbai regulations. In addition to ATKT and Additional exams, we plan and administer semester-specific exams for First Year (FY) and Second Year (SY) students. Careful planning, creating exam schedules, upholding confidentiality, making sure that teaching and non-teaching staff are properly coordinated, and handling any exam-related problems are all part of our duties. We are dedicated to making sure that tests are administered fairly, openly, and methodically while closely adhering to the university’s rules and regulations.

Objectives of the Examination Committee

• To ensure that all examinations are conducted fairly, transparently, and smoothly, in accordance with the University of Mumbai rules.
• To plan and handle semester-based exams for first-year (FY) and second-year (SY) students.
• To carry out ATKT and Additional examinations in an organized manner.
• To ensure confidentiality and integrity during all assessment processes.
• To create exam timetables, supervise paper setting, and organize invigilation activities.
• To ensure timely evaluation, result processing, and declaration in accordance with university guidelines.
• To handle examination-related complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure adequate cooperation with both teaching and non-teaching staff during exam periods.
• To provide a stress-free and disciplined exam environment for students.
